Question: Can you give us a brief history of your diet/lifestyle before starting with this program?

Michael: Prior to commencing my training with Will, I did not focus on eating the right foods and was often partaking in high calorie foods such as fried food, takeaway meals and processed /gimmicky food.. I did not have a structured training routine prior to joining Donna Aston fitness.

Question: Can you describe your diet/lifestyle now?

Michael: I am much more focused on eating balanced and nutritionally sensible food and make it my goal to shop for healthy meals at the supermarket. When eating out, I avoid ordering fried food and prefer to order grilled fish, veggies and salads instead. My trainer Will Goldenberg has helped me to completely change my attitude to exercise and training. He has been able to keep me focused on my goals to reduce body fat and increase my overall fitness. The workouts are constantly changing and are never boring or predictable. We keep trying new things to keep pushing for better results'

Question: Can you give us a brief history of your physical activity before following Donna Aston's principles?

Michael: Prior to starting my program with Donna Aston, I was not really exercising at all. I would occasionally go for a short walk or swimming. I was not incorporating exercise as a regular part of my weekly routine.

Question: Can you describe your training/physical activity and dietary changes now?

Michael: The changes are phenomenal. I really look forward to my workout sessions and I am driven to achieve even greater results and work even harder towards improving my overall fitness level. Will has been a great motivator and has helped to keep me on track.

My diet consists of fresh lean cuts of meat, vegetables, salads, protein shakes, and some healthy oats for breakfast with cherries and blueberries.

Question: Do you have any comments you'd like to make that may inspire other?

Michael: Believe that anything is possible if you are committed to sticking to the program recommended by the trainers at Donna Aston. Set realistic targets and don't expect miracles overnight'the key is to continue with the training and diet. Consistence is everything. I have been able to shed 16kgs in 9 months and feel better than ever before.
