Joining the Donna Aston team in 2007, Kris has had a vast amount of experience in many areas of personal fitness training, specialising in core strength, boxing, sports-specific training and weight loss.
His passion for numerous sports, including athletics, golf (handicap of 5), sailing, rock climbing and motorcycle racing, led him to train an ultra-marathon champion and Moto GP champion, Casey Stoner.
