Why health & fitness?
"I've always had a strong interest in sport and training, having participated competitively in football and swimming from a very young age. My inspiration for becoming a trainer stems from my experience with my own coaches throughout my teenage years. They played a significant role in enforcing discipline and structure in my life, to which I credit my career direction and success to date. Playing sport provided me with both a mental and physical transformation, which I now feel is the foundation for the success I have with my clients. Coaching taught me that by dedicating myself to my goals and working towards them with consistency, results in a positive and rewarding outcome. Pushing through these barriers to transform and better myself is a life lesson that compels me to help others achieve their goals each and every day."
