Delivery information
Standard Delivery
Delivery times reflect the distance the parcel travels and the remoteness of the location. Capital cities within Australia can expect delivery within two working days, remote locations up to five working days. The maximum time allowance for delivery is 4 weeks, depending on stock availability. If stock is unavailable for delivery within this time, customers will be notified within two days from the date of purchase. (see 'Replacement' policy below). Prices quoted are for delivery within Australia only.
Overseas orders
For overseas orders, extra delivery charges apply.
Special Requirements
You may sometimes have special requirements for the delivery of your parcel. Any comments that you would like to include can be recorded in the 'Payment Details' section of the checkout process.
Delivery method
All postage and handling charges quoted on this site are for Australia Post Express service, to ensure a prompt, reliable and traceable service. Express is guaranteed to be delivered between one and three working days from the date of dispatch.
Postage and handling charges
Postage and handling charges are quoted on each item includes the packaging materials and cost of Express postage, according to the weight and size of the parcel, as charged by Australia Post. The postage and handling charges for the purchase of multiple items may vary (the full fee per item is not usually applicable when several items are shipped together), therefore each bulk order will be calculated according to package weight and size by the Australia Post charges guidelines. If you require a precise quote for these charges prior to purchase, please make your request with our customer service department by fax, telephone or email.

As indicated, all purchase prices shown are inclusive of GST.

Order Replacement Policy
If an order fails to arrive with 4 weeks from the date of purchase (maximum delivery time), we will replace your purchase free of charge and send it to you immediately. Simply contact our Customer Service Centre by telephone, email or fax for further in formation.
Refund Policy
If you receive a product which has been damaged during delivery or is faulty please notify our Customer Service Centre immediately with any complaint.
Goods damaged during transit or faulty goods will be promptly replaced, exchanged or a full refund issued. Please select your items of purchase carefully.Once a purchase has been made and paid for and goods are received in good working condition, used or unwanted items will not be eligible for refund.
